TTOC Coffee Dress Code Guidelines.

At TTOC Coffee, we believe that presentation is just as important as the quality of coffee we serve. As part of the team, your appearance reflects our brand’s commitment to professionalism, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. Our dress code ensures you look your best while maintaining comfort and practicality for a fast-paced coffee catering environment.
Uniforms: Clean & Professional
TTOC Coffee aprons are required while on duty. Keep them clean and stain-free. Wear a black or white shirt (short or long sleeves) with a simple, professional fit. TTOC-branded shirts (if provided) must be worn as instructed. No sleeveless tops, crop tops, or excessively loose clothing.
Pants: Practical
Black or dark-colored pants or jeans (no rips, frays, or overly tight fits). No leggings, shorts and skirts, joggers, or overly baggy pants.
Grooming & Hygiene: Fresh & Presentable
Keep hair neat, clean, and away from the face. If long, tie it back securely. Beards and facial hair must be well-groomed. Minimal or no strong fragrances, as coffee should be the star of the show! Hands and fingernails must be clean and trimmed. No artificial nails or nail polish that could chip into drinks.
Footwear: Safety First!
Black, closed-toe shoes with non-slip soles are required. Comfortable footwear is encouraged, as you’ll be on your feet for long hours. No sandals, open-toe shoes, or high heels.
Accessories: Keep it Simple
A simple watch and minimal jewelry are allowed (small earrings or a plain ring). No dangling jewelry, large hoops, or excessive accessories for safety reasons. Tattoos are okay but must not contain offensive or inappropriate content.
Headwear: Approved Styles Only
TTOC Coffee-branded caps or beanies are allowed. No other hats, beanies, or head coverings unless for religious or medical reasons.
Name Badges: Make it Personal
Your name badge should be worn at all times during events. Write your name clearly or with personality – just make sure it’s legible when it is attached to the upper left corner of your apron.
