Booking & Operational Terms

  1. Service Coverage Area
    TTOC Coffee currently serves events within the Lembah Klang (Klang Valley) area only. Bookings outside this area are not available at this time. Bookings outside of this area are not accepted unless an authorized TTOC representative has confirmed otherwise.
  2. Electrical Requirements
    Clients must ensure the availability of at least two (2) power outlets with a combined capacity of no less than 2000 watts at the event location to support our equipment.
  3. Setup Surface
    A stable and level table, with minimum dimensions of 4ft x 3ft, must be provided by the client to accommodate TTOC’s coffee machine and related equipment. If additional tables are available, even better — this allows for a more organized and efficient setup. If you have a tablecloth that matches your event theme, we encourage you to provide it for a more cohesive presentation.
  4. Deposit Policy
    All deposits made are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
  5. Payment Terms
    Payments made via the website represent a deposit only. The outstanding balance must be settled in full prior to the event date. An invoice for the final payment will be issued and sent via email to the contact provided during booking. Our team will reach out to you after the deposit has been received to confirm your booking details and next steps.
  6. Event Setup
    TTOC Coffee will perform setup one (1) day prior to the event to ensure timely preparation and operational readiness. Any changes to the setup schedule or special requirements must be communicated in advance.
  7. Rates & Promotions
    Service pricing is determined according to our official package rate table, available at: https://ttoccoffee.com/package/. Promotional or discounted pricing is only applicable if formally offered by an authorized TTOC Coffee representative.
  8. Acknowledgement of Terms
    By proceeding with any payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein.
  9. Recommended Drink Selection
    Our standard event packages typically include:
    Hot Latte
    Iced Latte (main and most popular choice)
    Hot Americano
    Iced Americano
    Custom drink selections can be requested during the booking process. Pricing adjustments may apply and will be discussed accordingly.
  10. Cup Sizes Used
    TTOC Coffee uses 10 oz cups for iced drinks and 8 oz cups for hot drinks to ensure consistent portioning and an optimal guest experience.

    Health, Safety & Hygiene Standards
  11. Barista Certification
    All TTOC Coffee baristas are certified for safe food handling, including valid typhoid vaccination, and are trained to maintain proper hygiene throughout service.
  12. Equipment Cleanliness
    All equipment used during service is maintained in a clean and presentable condition, in line with TTOC’s operational standards.
  13. Food & Beverage Handling
    TTOC adheres to established food safety practices, especially when handling milk, syrups, and other consumables.
  14. Outdoor Event Requirements
    For outdoor events, clients must provide adequate shelter or cover to protect both equipment and crew. TTOC is not liable for weather-related disruptions unless agreed in advance.
  15. Health Protocol Compliance
    Our team maintains professional hygiene standards and complies with relevant health guidelines applicable during the time of service.
